Ahead of Xiaomi’s Redmi 6 Pro launch, the leaked images of the smartphone have been doing the rounds on the Internet. The Chinese electronics maker had earlier announced that the smartphone will be unveiled alongside the Mi Pad 4 tablet on June 25. In the freshly leaked images, the smartphone’s design details are highlighted. reports said that the leaked images were posted by a tipster on the Chinese microblogging site, Weibo. Well, the images do not highlight many features or specifications, but it is expected that the smartphone will have a top-notch display like iPhone X.
According to the teaser released by Xiaomi a few months ago, the handset could have a 19:9 display. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to have a 4000mAh battery. Moreover, the leaks have suggested that Redmi Note 6 Pro will have vertically stacked dual cameras on the rear end. Also, the alleged Redmi 6 Pro is going to run on MIUI 9.6 based Android 8.1 Oreo with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
On the other hand, Mi Pad 4, which will be launched alongside Redmi 6 Pro, will have an 8-inch screen, the company had confirmed. Reports suggested that the phone will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Soc and is expected to have a battery backup of 6,000mAh.
Going through the previous TENAA listing, the handset is expected to come in 2GB/ 3GB/ 4GB RAM variants with 16GB/ 32GB/ 64GB inbuilt storage respectively. According to a report in gadget 360, it could feature a 19:9 aspect ratio with a 5.84-inch full-HD+ display. There are also suggestions that the new handset will have a 13-megapixel camera at the back and 5-megapixel camera in the front.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi recently launched the Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A in China. While Redmi 6 was available at Rs 8,400 for a 3GB RAM variant, $GB variant was available at Rs 6,300. Redmi 6A was available at Rs 6,300 in China.
