Motorola has launched two new phones in the market whose specs and prices were released today. The phones will go on sale on Flipkart and Amazon from tomorrow, June 5, 2018. Both Moto G6 and G6 Play are a new addition to the series that was launched after Lenovo took over the brand and are the more reasonable handsets starting at Rs. 11,999 and going up to Rs. 13,999. Moto G6 includes a 5.7-inch display with full HD resolution. It is a dual-SIM smartphone which runs on Android 8.0 Oreo. It is also powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor whereas Moto G6 Play is powered by 1.4 GHz octa-core Snapdragon processor.
The weird that you need to remember is that G6 will be available on Amazon at midnight and G6 Play will be available on Flipkart so if you are thinking of buying both at the same portal, that is not going to happen.
Moto G6 comes with a 5.7-inch display with full HD resolution. Like many before dual-sim smartphone which runs on Android 8.0 Oreo. It is also powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor. It will have 3 GB RAM, inbuilt storage of 64 GB with 18.9 aspect ratio.
The phone has a 12 MP rear camera with a LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera. It has a turbo-power battery of 3000mAh to keep you going. It also has a p2i-rated water-repellent coating to protects your phone from both inside and out.
Whereas G6 Play has the same display and aspect ratio but it runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430, Adreno 505 GPU. It comes with 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, and microSD card of up to 128GB. It has a 13-megapixel camera LED flash is on the back. With TurboCharge support, it has the large 4000mAh battery.
They are also planning to launch a higher specs smartphone called G6 Plus which does not have a release date or specifications out yet.
