Rohit Sharma, who scored a record five centuries in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 has penned heartfelt message after the teams’ exit from the tournament. The Indian team’s Vice-captain shared an emotional post that read, “We failed to deliver as a team when it mattered, 30 minutes of poor cricket yesterday and that snatched away from our chance for the cup. My heart is heavy as I’m sure yours is too.”
India’s exit from the ICC Cricket World tournament was unexpected and disappointing. Many people criticized for the loss while some appreciated the men in blue. The India Vs New Zealand match was a spectacular semifinal in the history of International Cricket which took place at Old Trafford in Manchester on Wednesday, 10 July.
