Batla House O Saki Saki song audience and celebrity reaction: The wait for the much-awaited song of Batla House titled O Saki Saki featuring dancing sensation Nora Fatehi is out now. A remake of 2004’s hit chartbuster Saaki Saaki featuring Koena Mitra, the remake has led to comparisons with the original one. Nora Fatehi, who had previously created a storm with her dance moves on Dilbar, has done it again and how. From her dance moves to her on-screen persona, O Saki Saki is an out and out Nora Fatehi number but the song itself isn’t too impressive.

Dancing amid a huge crowd and playing with fire, Nora looks breathtaking dressed in a colourful lehenga paired with multi-coloured jewellery and a red rose pinned to her hair. Sung by Neha Kakkar, Tulsi Kumar and B Praak, the song has been recreated and penned by Tanishk Bagchi. Originally, the song has been sung by Sukhwinder Singh and Sunidhi Chauhan.

Reacting to the remake, Koena wrote on her official Twitter account that her song Saaki Saaki from Musafir has been reprised. While Sunidhi, Sukhwinder, Vishal & Shekhar combination was outstanding, she doesn’t like the original version as it is a mess. Sophie Choudhry responded to Koena’s tweet and said that Koena was outstanding in the original song. While Nora is lovely, she wishes that every song wasn’t remade as the original is still amazing and fresh.

Inspired by Batla House 2008 encounter case, the John Abraham starrer has been helmed by Nikkhil Advani and bankrolled under the banner of T Series, Emmay Entertainment and John Abraham Entertainment. Slated to hit the screens on August 15, the film will clash with Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor’s Saaho and Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu and Vidya Balan starrer Mission Mangal.
