Batla House, the much-anticipated movie starring John Abraham, Mrunal Thakur and Ravi Kishan, has created a lot of buzz on social media and is slated to hit the silver screen on August 15. Dilbar sensation Nora Fatehi will again add spice to this John Abraham film with another sensuous item number.
At an event, John Abraham was asked about this, where he said Nora Fatehi is his lucky charm and people will understand why. Nora Fatehi had earlier appeared in the film Satyamev Jayate and the movie was a big hit, her item number garnered millions of likes on social media.
In this context, furthermore praise lay ahead for Nora, when Batla House director Nikkhil Advani took over the mic and said that when they showed the film to subjects of real encounters, they were moved by the film. He even said that when people will look up Batla House on Google, the first face to appear will be of Nora Fatehi.
At the event, Nora, after hearing all the praise, was smiling ear to ear. She said she was so grateful that she had been a part of the film and for working with John Abraham, Nikkhil and Bhushan (Kumar, T-Series boss) really taught her a lot. She even thanked all of them for putting their faith in her.
Talking about the film Batla House, the film is based on the real incidents which took place on September 19, 2008, in Delhi’s Batla House where two alleged terrorists were killed in an encounter which also saw the death of Delhi Police Special Cell Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma. The encounter took place within a week of the Delhi blasts of 2008 in which more than 25 people were killed and 133 people were injured.
Speaking about his character, John Abraham said he played the role of an honest, sincere cop as Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, who closely watched and investigated the incident. The film, unfortunately, will face a mega clash at the box office with Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal and Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor film Saaho. It will be interesting to see which movie does well at the box office collection and win over audiences.
