The film Batla House is the talk of the town and before it’s release it had created buzz on social media, starrer John Abraham recently in an interview given to a web portal says that, he doesn’t view Mission Mangal as his competition, in fact, Akshay is a dear friend of him, and day before yesterday they both texted each other, there is a lot of space and audience is getting to choose from the best.

John Abraham played the role of an honest cop as Sanjeev Kumar Yadav who encountered the terrorist in 2008 Batla House incident. In an interview John discussed his preparation for the role he said that, he played a character who is still serving the nation, he had spent time with him to understand what really happened in 2008 Batla House incident, and to know the situation in a better, he went to the core of it, and he doesn’t want any liberty because the film does not take sides, the movie is not anti-or pro-any community.

John further added, he harbors affection when it comes to patriotic roles, and he doesn’t think loving one’s country requires any effort, so while playing these character the patriotism naturally comes in him. Talking about the incident which took place on September 13, 2008, a bomb blast took place in Delhi claimed over 133 people were injured and over 25 people died. On September 19 an operation was conducted by the special cell of the Delhi police, who raided a flat in Batla house where allegedly two terrorist Atif Amin and Mohammad Sajid were shot dead by the cops.

Batla house is slated to hit the theatres on August 15, but interestingly the movie will clash with Akshay Kumar’s Film Mission Mangal and audience will be in dilemma for choosing which one to watch.
