UPSC Recruitment 2019: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued notification for recruitment to the post of Scientist, Junior Scientific Officer, and Assistant Officer. All interested candidates can apply for the post through the prescribed format on or before August 1, 2019.
Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Recruitment 2019
Junior Scientific Officer (chemistry) – Master’s degree in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized University.
Scientist B (Biology, Explosive and Toxicology)- Master’s degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University.
Assistant Employment Officer – Master’s degree in Commerce/ Social Welfare/ Social work/ Economics/ Statistics/ Psychology/ Education from a recognised University or equivalent.
Age Limit for UPSC Recruitment 2019
Junior Scientific Officer (Chemistry) – 30 years
Scientist B (Biology, Explosive) – 35 years
Scientist B (Toxicology) – 38 years
Assistant Employment Officer – 30 years (Age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per government norms).
